and reliable woodbow you will ever hunt with. Using only
high-quality, all-natural materials and proven old-world
techniques, Sylvandell woodbows uphold the rich heritage
of traditional archery. Sylvandell uses top-of-the-line
materials to handcraft each bow, from Asian bamboo and
beautiful osage orange wood to sleek sturgeon skin and
quality deer hide. Choosing a Sylvandell bow means
honoring that rich heritage. It means quality, dependability,
and longevity.

Tried and True
A traditional woodbow is lightweight, not overly long,
sturdy, and quiet — ideal in any hunting situation. Sylvandell
takes these advantages one step further and pairs them
with impeccable craftmanship and solid reliability. Each bow
is custom made to your specifications, including draw
length, draw weight, type of wood, choice of backing, and
style of grip. Over 25 hours of workmanship is dedicated to
each bow. Kendall Techau, the owner/bowyer at Sylvandell,
has been hunting with woodbows since 1985 and
handcrafting them since 1989.
